When you consider the meaning of “fleet maintenance”, it seems pretty straightforward. Maintain the fleet. Perform maintenance functions on the vehicles you possess. Straightforward. Why, then, does it get so tangled up when performing it? How is it that one man can take three hours to perform maintenance on a single vehicle, when you know that it only takes a little over an hour to perform that same maintenance? If your oil is not changed properly in that vehicle, you are not yelling at your employee, you are yelling at the company that performed the maintenance. That is natural.
